I think that Gambit is one of the most interesting characters (probably why he is my favorite) because of how little he reveals of himself. I think that while most of who we are is a reflection of what others see in us, it is important to remember that we still can write our own lines.

You have officially been tagged! If for some reason you have been tagged elsewhere and I missed your post, just know that you’ve been tagged again because… well, because you’re just THAT good! =)

1. When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to the said person so everyone knows she/he is real.
2. Choose a minimum of seven (7) blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have seven friends. Show the seven random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with Honest Weblog. Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon.
3. List at least ten (10) honest things about yourself. Then pass it on!

One of the aspects of Gambit that I always found interesting during this era was how so much of his character was revealed through the words (and biases) of other characters, both from his past... and his alleged future!

I got the sense that he'd maybe been haunted by his history on other occasions in the past, but had always shrugged them off and "made no apologies." But now, the more time he spent with the X-Men, the more he finally had something he was truly afraid of losing!
